While house teams are always a fun aspect of school life, they are particularly significant in international schools. Not only do they instill a sense of celebration in our students’ diversity, but they also bring together our students into teams across all year groups, fostering a sense of belonging and promoting community and camaraderie. Students also build their leadership skills and practice respect for others while showing resilience in the face of competition. Yesterday, our Altorp children celebrated House Day with a bake-off and other competitive events and games. We think it’s safe to say, by the end of the day, everyone felt like a winner!
